  • I had recently went in for service and was lucky enough to have Lorena as my advisor. I feel she went above and beyond what she needed to do in order to make sure I was satisfied. While I feel Ford vehicles have declined in quality and performance and am unhappy with my vehicle I have to give Lorena and the team at friendly ford a high rating. However Eli(sp?), who I spoke to briefly on the phone was extremely condescending, he should learn some manners. Regardless I think Lorena did so well that I can forget that. I will be back if I ever need anything. Thank you again Lorena.
