  • He was extremely helpful during a crisis, quick, painless, skilled and did a beautiful restoration at a reasonable price. But then his office started to move at a fast pace. The hygienists seemed to do a cursory job, and repeatedly did not address a problem area nor present options. As a result a tricky problem presented itself that required coordination between specialists. Those referred to were neither informative or careful and were not cheap. By the time he checked in I was distraught and broke. The clients budget matters when presenting options. The support staffs communications skills matter. The specialists he refers matter. The issue snow balled into the loss of a tooth and damage, more distress than I can relay.
