Just completely awful. This dealership is absolute the worst experience I've ever had and as a disabled veteran, I didn't need this kind of stress. I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic sport touring and I was totally happy the day I bought it. After I got home I noticed scratches on the car and I brought it back the next day. Well the dealer "attempted" to fix the scratches and they told me they would not be able to fix the scratch that was located on the hatchback near the Honda symbol (because a brand new car comes with scratches right?) I than had to ask for them to compensate with a window tint and I had to pull teeth!!! Literally yelling in the store just to get all weather car mats from them after they sold me a BRAND NEW $29,000 SCRATCHED UP VEHICLE THAT THEY 90% FIXED.... Really Honda West.... Selling me a brand new scratched up vehicle that was 90% fixed...... I have pictures as well of what my vehicle looked like after they told me over the phone "it's ready for pick up"...... No quality control and disgusting service. I'll be letting the Veteran Affairs know about this stunt you did. No support for veterans here what so ever.
