  • I have been here many times before and have never had a HORRIBLE experience like I had today. My friend and I walk in, they take us right back, and then start immediately start on my friend. 15 minutes later they start on me with the promise of giving me longer. My girl and my friend's girl talked the ENTIRE time. Then my friend finished 1 minute before I did. When I went to pay I told the man at the desk that I only got 80 minutes and he said that he would only charge me for that. He then charged me for the 90 minutes, $10 tip, and their new $2 fee for using your credit card which they do not tell you about until you ask! When I questioned why I was charged for 90 minutes the man reached in his wallet and pulled out $5. Overall, this experience left me feeling like someone who is just there to give them money and that they can treat like crap. I guess I'm now off to try one of the many other foot spa places in the area.
