  • I like to know if anyone was told when getting service through cox that all plans are data plans unless you pay for unlimited usage. The new wifi was told I would absolutely positively have no problems with a small home since it covers up to 3500'. I have dead areas. Has anyone have these kinds of issues if so please report them to the FCC so they can be investigated for the false advertisements and their false representation on the phone or chat lines. Something has to be done about this crooked company.
