| - I moved into the Palladium in December of 2017 and have no complaints! My favorite part of the apartment complex is that even in the heat of Arizona, the apartments stay relatively cool because of the way the buildings are built..nothing is exposed to the outside heat too much with the halls leading out to the parking garage and the windows facing the interiors. To enter any of the buildings, you need either a key or your key fob to enter in through the parking garage or elevator-a safety plus!
Gym:
The gym has everything I need! Anywhere from exercise mats, medicine balls, exercise balls, weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, and other weight machines and bars. It's 24/7 access with a key and also has its own WiFi.
Pool:
The pool is surrounded by buildings so there is some shade. I have only been down there once, but I know it's a popular spot to hang out. There is even a guy who DJs on weekends sometimes. Sweet music.
Front Desk:
Super helpful and are quick to respond to any questions I have about
Location:
The Palladium is right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and walking distance to all the restaurants, Fashion Square Mall, the grocery store (Fry's), and CVS is just down the street.
Parking:
My parking spot is on the floor of where my apartment is (2nd). This makes it super easy to bring groceries, easy access to my apartment, and convenient. Every resident is given their own parking spot and guests are allowed to park either on the first floor or fifth floor.
Trash:
Valet trash! Place your trash outside your door in the bin that is provided with the trash handles sticking out so the valet knows there is trash to be picked up. The valet comes by 8 p.m. every night except for Friday and Saturday.
I recommend!
This is a fabulous apartment complex to live in, especially if you are new to the area and want a safe place to live that is conveniently located close to everything. Close to grocery stores, drugstore, and food spots!
