| - Located in Terminal four by the B-gates, I was pretty happy with the offerings at The Club at PHX.
I have access as a Priority Pass member, to give context to my review.
Wifi:
My major complaint with this lounge is that it does not have its own wifi separate from the rest of the airport. And PHX only has 30 min of free wifi. This would have been a four star review if they had unlimited wifi.
Drinks:
Pretty well-stocked bar at no additional cost. Wide selection of beers. I saw they had red, white, and champagne. A range of sodas and juices. And I did see someone with a bloody mary. I at first asked for an Aperol spritz (wasn't expecting the bartender to actually be able to make it), and she was not able to. So I got a gin an tonic. Friendly bartender.
Also have a good selection of tea and coffee as you're entering the lounge.
Food:
I was in the lounge in the early afternoon, so I'm assuming they had lunch-ish food out. They have a snack bar on one side which had a couple different chips, pretzels, and a variety of flavored popcorn.
On the other side they had more real food, like some slider-sized sandwiches, veggies and dip, pita and hummus, pasta salad, and olives.
All self serve.
So nothing spectacular, but hey, it was free.
Seating:
The lounge did get a bit crowded at times, especially when families came in with more luggage. There are armchairs with small tables, and some normal-sized tables for two scattered around. There is one row of seating for working on your laptop which has more outlets.
Service:
The Service is a little slow, the buffet areas are not always well-stocked. And there are often dirty dishes out, because the bussing is slow. But everyone is very friendly.
I think it's a good enough lounge if you already have access. I don't know how much it costs to actually pay to get in, but I think the food offerings at Sky Harbor Terminal 4 are much better elsewhere. But I'm never going to say no to some free alcohol.
