  • Well, super speedy service (from Shawn) at the Desert Ridge location. I got an iPhone and iPad fixed in under 4 hours. However, when I walked out the door (at 7pm when they closed) I found that my home button didn't work. I returned the next day to a nearby uBreakiFix location and even though it took them way too long to find my account, they were able to fix the button free of charge in minutes! I'd say 3.5, but it'll round it up to 4! I love how the shops look very clean and nice!
