  • I walked up at 8:45 pm, but the door was locked. I knocked and asked through the door if I was mistaken that they are open until 9. The worker said, "We close at 9, and it is 9." I said, "No, it isn't," and held up my phone to show the time. She got upset with me and started arguing over the time. I then stopped at 2 more stores at the mall that actually did stay open until the advertised time of 9 pm. I will be taking my business to a different Hallmark store from now on. I come buy 10-15 ornaments every year, but I'm willing to drive a little farther for better service.
