  • Caution: Buyer's remorse. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Purchased & paid in full an ENTIRE stainless steel kitchen appliance set. The delivery and install was the biggest headache. * Broke the water valve and left the fridge leaking water for days with no urgency to fix. * The microwave that they pressed to sell did not fit as they profusely advised and still gave me a hard time to refund the money that was already paid to them. * They tried to swap the Pro Shine as the credit which did not add up at all & shorted what was due back. Crazy. Their Customer Service & Sales are rude and appalling. RC Willey has done nothing but made this the worst experience in buying any appliances. Good luck if something breaks on their install because the "money saved on the sale" is going to your own contractor fixing what they refused to acknowledge they broke/cracked. Their Satifisfaction Guarantee is Non-existent and they have shown to not care at all. If I had known it would have turned out this way, I would have taken my money elsewhere. I would've purchased all my appliances to another competitor such as Sears, Frys or Best Buy.
