  • Let me first off state that I never actually received any services from Cosmedix. The customer service here was so poor that i cancelled all my appointments. I sent an email to Cosmedix through their website to request a consult. When I arrived, the reception had no idea I had an appointment. I waited around 20 minutes and was scolded for "emailing the wrong person". I tried to explain that I didn't email anyone, I used the form on their website, but it took the reception people a really long time to understand this. When I was finally seen, I was impressed with the services and facility. However, a week after my consult and booking of future appointments, I was informed that the person I met with was leaving the clinic and that my appointments had been cancelled. I explained that due to my work schedule, I was only able to make appointments on Fridays. I was informed that there was no one working Fridays. The receptionist tried to reschedule my appointment, which I objected to since I wanted to meet the person performing the procedure before committing. I was very disappointed that the Clinic had not tried to accommodate appointments for Fridays and cancelled all my subsequent appointments. I'd rather go to a facility that has better customer service.
