  • I'm not a huge UO fan to begin with. The quality for $ is definitely not worth it. This particular store is of pretty decent size. The customer service is touch and go-- sometimes you'll find employees who actually seem to enjoy working there, but most of the time, employees are almost disgruntled. The sale section is usually a total mess. I haven't purchased anything from here in years but I still pop in every now and again to see if something catches my eye.
