  • Showed up with a party of 9. 1 was a child who wasn't feeling well and wasn't planning to eat. This was meant to be a birthday celebration. The staff at the front and who sat is made near impossible for us to start the celebration. Since we didn't tell the people at the register that we were a party of 9 they couldn't seat us together or in the same section. They would have to separate us per ticket. Seriously?!?! First they took the party of 4. Sat us far out away from the other 5. This was the "Best" that they could do for not being aware. There were many empty tables but they went out of their way to make sure our group. The birthday girl was fed up and asked to speak to the manager. Instead of just calling. She (I didn't get her name) just gave total attitude and mimicked the Birthday girls request. She called someone on the radio and walked away. This is where Nina stepped in. Nina was the second lady working on seating people. She wasn't crazy about anything that had been going on. She gave us attitude as we're but she came through in the end. Nina actually showed some compassion. She was finally willing to sit us together as a group. We were finally able to start our birthday celebration! Our waitress was absolutely amazing! I'm glad we were able to get past the seating issue and get to the food & great company.
