  • Cool late night hang out spot! 595 Craft and Kitchen is located right behind Walgreens on Rainbow and Trop. They got an awesome selection of beers. I would come back just for this reason...seems their selection changes often so looking forward to their next rotation. Food was hit or miss.... Deviled egg: recommended appetizer which turned out to be the highlight. Fried egg white with creamy/paste-like egg yolk on top. Came with a dipping sauce. This is one of those simple but great appetizer. Furikake tuna burger: tuna was seared and perfectly cooked. I liked how the sauce had a hint of spice, but wish they sprinkled more furikake or offered extra furikake on the side. This was one of my favorite. Chicken sandwich: sadly no bueno. Chicken was waaaay to greasy and there was aftertaste of old oil or grease that lingered in my mouth. Loco moco poutine: Choose spam, came with 3 slices. Egg was cooked perfectly with runny yolk. Fries were not too crispy as it was covered in gravy that instantly turned all the fries soggy. Gravy itself was mediocre and not my favorite. I'd come back here to drink. Great service but food was hit or miss. 4 out of 5 I would recommend!
