  • This location is seriously lacking in customer service. I've been trying for weeks to get my son a desired gift stopping in at this store every day for a week. I have the item number and asked someone with a scanner to find it. Finally on 11/26 they told me they would be putting it out on 11/27. 11/27 rolls around and I walk up ready to ask for the item and the guy in electronics tells me "yeah, we are in the process of putting things out" I said ok, should I wait then? He said no, I don't know when we will get to that one. So ... you have a customer wanting to buy something specific and know where it is, but since you're busy, you send the customer away? The store was empty as I showed up when it opened. This target is not only lacking in customer service but also human decency. Shame on you.
