  • Pit Master and part owner "Dusty" is amazing! I called before Hand to make sure I could eat there with my gluten allergies and he assured me everything but the bread is gluten free! I ate there with no issues and the bbq was AMAZING! I'm from the south and for bbq to impress me is a hard feat! Dusty and the gang at Rollin Smoke are at the top of the class!
