  • I am not one for hyperbole... but I wish I could give Josefa 10 stars, no joke. I found Josefa on Yelp while I was with a different coach, and I could not be happier with my decision to switch. Josefa is so talented and skilled at what she does and I am eternally grateful for her helping me grow during arguably the most difficult time in my life (divorce, switch to self employment, moving, etc.). Some of the things about our sessions that stand out: Josefa is an amazing listener in that she'll listen to what you're saying, how you phrase it, what you aren't saying, and immediately key in on the pieces that you probably need to address. She doesn't "fix you", she actively facilitates the process of you fixing yourself, and is your companion on your *own* path of growth and self-love. Josefa is understanding, non-judgemental, nurturing, insightful, intuitive, and accepting. Josefa gives thought provoking and effective homework so you can't just go through the motions and only show up on the day of your appointment. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea, she's the best and you won't regret it!
