  • I do not recommend this place. Horrible service Yesterday October 23, 2015 I called the front desk at 6pm and booked two massages for 8pm. The man that answered the phone confirmed the appointments and took my information and said, "see you at 8." My friend and I got there at 7:55 and we checked in. At 8:10 we were still waiting and the man at the front desk said it would be 5 more minutes. At 8:20 he said there is only one massage person available and go have a drink at the bar and come back in an hour. My friend and I were confused. We drove all the way from downtown Phoenix. We ended up leaving and not getting a massage. It's very bad what they did and didn't even offer a complimentary massage to come back.
