  • This is my favorite evening dog park. It is well lighted and feels safe. People usually are nice and pay attention to their dogs. Unfortunately, lately people has not been picking up after their dogs. I noticed the increment of flies over the last days and I thought it was because of the heat. But it took my attention that it is not the same at our favorite morning dog park , which is Washington Park. After observing and walking around I noticed a lot of poop left behind. Also lately there is a new puppy in and it's owner just sits and does not monitors his puppy. He is just a great big puppy but he paws on my dog and others while playing and that can hurt small dogs. I already told him and hopefully he will get the message.
