  • I don't know about the other inspectors from this company but I worked with Chris Williams. First off the man spend an extra hour and a half inspecting our Townhouse. He gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on. So the entire inspection took 3 hrs, this along with a 54 page report, complete with pictures. But even more importantly, 3 weeks later our sink started leaking, and the storage area was flooded from the water heater. We called in a plumber and the plumber wanted to charge us $1,500 for various things (this was a highly rated plumber off of Angie's list too), when I called Chris, he came down on a Sunday, on his day off, to give me an explanation about all the things the plumber was "upselling" me on. He also told me to get a second opinion with only the installations he recommended me on - in short the second estimate came out to $350. Thanks Chris!
