  • Timing is everything in life. Today is April 1, but the following review is not a prank: if you own an American car as we do, T&M Automotive is the place to have it repaired and serviced. Nick, who runs the shop for his dad, is a terrific guy to deal with, straightforward, honest and professional. We had a host of concerns going in, including a battery that was discharging for no apparent reason, together with minor yet annoying system failures that were driving us bonkers, like non-functioning windshield washers, dead connective ports inside the vehicle, a crazy automatic antenna with a will of its own...; several irritating breakdowns on what is a rather venerable luxury car. Nick and his crew addressed our concerns with great patience, going through the vehicle methodically to ensure that all problems were resolved. And the bill for this diligent process was very reasonable--T&M is in every sense a top-class shop!
