The Ophthalmologist and his nurse were great talkie and friendly no complaints, got a appointment scheduled the same day I was happy about that and that's were the good serviced stop, up front staff was not friendly, they really lacked in customer service skills, my appt was at 3:30 I didn't get out of the store until past 5:23 that is after seeing the Dr. I was just waiting to get a price on glasses that cost for two pairs $300 plus and that price was for the lower cost frames and cheapest lens, I was never told sorry for the wait or even told to wait I was lead to sit in a chair after the Dr. Did my eye exam no one talked to me I just sat there, I asked a receptionist how long the wait would be the answer I got from her was to point at the associate and say "when there done" really lol by the time I got to this associate which I found out was a assistant manager I voiced my frustration of the wait she did apologized twice and then give me the bill of over $300 dollars for my glasses, there was no way I was paying that after a long wait and a rude staff, so I left with my prescription and went to Walmart optical center which is just 7 minutes away from this store and got two pairs of glasses same frames I just saw for $139 dollars was $68 dollars there I ended up with really nice frames and the better lenses the sales associate at Walmart was friendly and very helpful after hearing the unsatisfactory care I just got gave me a discount of $20 dollars because of the trouble I went through :) I was overjoyed by the price of $200 compared to $300 plus I will ONLY be going there now thanks Walmart :)
