  • Won't lie-- there's nothing super exciting about this place. It's somewhere to go and gaze at the beauty. The damn is big, duh, and no, there are no transformers in sight. The coolest thing was the Nevada/Arizona state line. I can now say that I've been to Arizona! They also have towers that display the Nevada time and Arizona time which is pretty cool since they are only like 100 feet apart. There are a lot of memorials and plaques and statues that memorialize the builders. Neat place to go at least once in your life. Parking was about $7 too. I was surprised it was that cheap. for some reason I thought they would charge up the behind since it was a tourist spot.
