  • I think everyone out there has their favorite cupcakery. I lived in DC and it was either you were a Georgetown Cupcake fan (the ignorant), a Baked & Wired fan (me), or just loyal to Sprinkles (the masses) and your preference determined your personality/place in society. In Arizona, Urban Cookies is by far the champion of local cupcakeries, no need for competition. Those who do not think so simply have not come here. From a range of classic to curious flavors and the most delectable frosting in the business, Urban Cookies has yet to disappoint. I personally recommend the dark chocolate ganache cupcake. And seasonally they'll offer unique temporary flavors!!! So there will always be something new to try. I am quite sure they won Cupcakes Wars once upon a time, oh and they also do sublime cookies, doughnuts, and brownies. As well as a happy hour ~ 50% off cupcakes and cookies!!! Nothing beats that. I heart you, UC.
