  • Honestly, these condos are getting worse by the day. Everyday we get someone from airbnb and they are total morons, these visitors. They hold up lines, take limited parking and are there to party. They shouldn't allow airbnb. Building 23 honestly smells like a dispensary. Seeps through the doors and leaves stench on floors. Some people who live here are questionable. Don't move in here unless you are willing to fight for a parking or with these stupid visitors. Since I don't live there anymore... if you rent with orange realty you're in for a trip with Joseph Saddi. He was so rude and sarcastic. Final days there he didn't make it the move out any easier. Keep all lease agreement copies you from him because he will change things around.
