rev:text	We have been coming to this good year for plenty of years and I will NEVER come back. The experience I had today left me unsatisfied with how unprofessional the employee Rick was towards me today. My experience with them first started with a short phone call with simple questions I had that were answered with sarcastic and very rude remarks. When I finally came in to get my car serviced for a punctured tire, I was told that they couldn't repair it. Ricks response was "it wasn't me who caused this flat tire". On top of that the Manager Jeff was sitting right there and didn't say anything to his employee about how unprofessional he was towards me. We buy our tires there regularly and never heard of anything about the road hazard warranty til today. So I wouldn't recommend going to them because I feel like I was mislead and also because how poorly there customer service is. Also keep in mind I just purchased brand new tires from them 3-4 months ago.
