  • I'm not sure why we bought our car here. The first dealer let us test drive the car for 5 mins and then dropped us off. Who buys a car in 5 mins? He also wouldn't give us a price?! We had to go back in and speak with a different dealer in order to get any attention and then buy the car. After we purchased the car we were having issues with their eyesight feature. We had to take it in for service during the week. They did not provide a loaner vehicle despite it being a warrantied issue. When I went to pick up the car they had claimed that one of the issues we were having with the defrost didn't exist. Scott, in the parts and service area, told me to drive around and come back in an hour. He couldn't sit in the car with me to show him the issue because he couldn't leave 2 people inside the shop. When i explained how I was standing there and would like to resolve the issue he told me he had exactly 3 minutes until his lunch. How is that for customer service?
