  • When I first moved to the apartment complex the first 3 months were pretty much good and then people started to move out lots of people and that's when the roach problem started the apartment complex is now giving me the runaround. For their upgraded Apartments, *remember* they all have the same Plumbing nothing about that has been upgraded. On the plus side their pools are kept up for the most part the people here are amazing and friendly but the office is a whole different story, they will make you jump through hoops to get anything done. Also too Corporate "Graystar" will also ignore you and not call you back. When I was taking my dog for a walk, another small dog ended up biting my dog (off leash) and then told the office about it. nothing was done about it at all. Even after I had told the office what apartment the dog came from. There is also no security at the complex and I most recently had a run-in with somebody off the street just Cruisin through the apartments ended up getting picked up from the cops and the apartments need a security guard due to having no gates. There are constant people going through the trash as well. There is also a safety issue with maintenance. There is one maintenance worker who enjoys sitting on your couch and watching TV with you.. creepy while he's supposed to be doing maintenance on your apartment then called the office to talk to them about it and they said " don't worry he has a wife and kids". Living alone, this does NOT MAKE ME FEEL SAFE. And it's just not me either he also does it to other several women.. when I told the office they told me not to worry about it. On top of that the apartments have gas in them my apartment reeks of gas then called the office for an emergency and they told me that it would be an hour to two hours before maintenance would arrive at my apartment I was beyond Furious. Last I checked that was a serious emergency. Just keep in mind if you're okay with living with roaches and having nothing done about it, this is the place for you. IF YOU ARE A.OK WITH POOR MANAGMENT..... otherwise steer clear.
