| - I shop at 3 of the local Pet Clubs but this location is my favorite, and has been for about 5 years. It's clean, organized, well stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Today, though, I had a wonderful experience. My new puppy has been refusing to eat, is underweight, and had loose stools. He's healthy otherwise, just hated his food and the free bag I was given was for small breeds (he's a big puppy). So I asked the employee at the desk her opinion. She showed me 2 great options but I kept looking around just to make sure. I ultimately agreed that the 1st prob she showed me was best, found some great treats, and stumbled upon an item I found to be very expensive but possibly the trick to putting weight on my nugget fast. The employee grabbed the manager for me who uses the food for her dogs, one with cancer, and the other who struggles keeping weight on. Well I tried her recommendations and I can't thank this woman enough. My little puppy has had 3 meals of the mix she recommended, some pumpkin to help with his stool formation, and he's finally got a full belly and an appetite. I may go back just to hug her. If you're in need of a great local pet market that carries all natural foods the big box stores don't, and at great prices, this is your place. Luckily I live close by, but I'd drove there even if I didn't just for the variety and positive experience.
