  • I have had a 13 year nightmare. I moved to Vegas in 2006. We Bought a gorgeous house at the top of the market. A couple years later i was able to get promoted back home. So the market crashed. I couldn't sell for all this time. Finally, the market rebounded enough to cover my outstanding mortgage. I was ready to sell. I hired another realtor(besides Shane) who took care of everything so i thought. Paid thousands to have it cleaned and fixed. I live in another State, and relied on this realtor for help. She listed the property. The property was shown like a hundred times. I never got an offer. The realtor kept telling me we had offers coming. After 6 months, we made a change the Shane. He did a thorough walk through of the property and told me my property wasn't sellable. It needed major work! What did i pay thousands for? I had to pay the thousands again. Finally my house was ready to sell. Shane was a great project manager who helped me through a time consuming process. I lived far away. Within the first month, we had 3 offers. This process isn't easy, but Shane was always on top of every step of the way. We had 2 that fell out of escrow. This is very common in the Las Vegas market. The last one finally stuck! I am very happy to cut my losses on this property. It's actually a huge benefit. I am able to write off the losses on my taxes. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of having a realtor who is detailed oriented and responsive. Shane really understands the marketplace and has a unlimited supply of buyers. He also has a great team working for him.
