I asked them to send a care professional to walk me through things I could do/look for on my weekly visits home, including some physical therapy I could do for my nearly bedridden father to help his joints and muscles loosen a bit, and some less strenuous things my mother could do when I wasn't there. The person they sent was, in a word, bewildered. In the twenty minutes she was there, before I told her to leave, it was very apparent that she knew almost nothing about assisting the elderly and handicapped. And, I know this is hearsay, but I know another person who is disgusted by the home care provided by this company.
