The staff was very nice and so was the doctor, but I won't be a returning customer for the following reasons: waiting space is small and very warm / stuffy, a majority of the session was with heating pads and nerve stimulators vs. adjustment / alignment, Groupon is highlighted on the patient documents that follow you (which could change quality of service based on perspective), you can hear other clients / staff through the walls, and I didn't see much results compared to past chiropractic work I have had done with other providers. If I could divide the stars by experience category on Yelp I would. In other words, I thought the staff was welcoming with their smiles and did their best to assist everyone.
