  • We tried to rent a home and we did the application on Saturday. I call them on Monday for knowing if the home was already rented and they said no. We sent an email and they never answered it. We made 3 calls and never picked up the phone. I call After 4 days to know what's going on because they do not call us. One person told me that the property was already rented and other one told me that they refuse our application because we did not have enough money credit. I paid $ 100 for the application for nothing. They are the worst experience I have been had with a realtor. Be aware of them, no professional people.
