  • This company has it together. I was so upset on a few things and voiced my concerns on the website I clicked on Contact us tab and sent an email with my concerns. They replied to me with a custom email stating they were in the process of fixing all the concerns or issues I had brought to their attention. I am a happy customer and their customer service is always on point at Galaxy. The kids/cashiers sometimes deliver us our drinks and food before the movie begins. Fun thing we get to tip them too!!! It's fun for everyone. Never any bad seats here. Come down and join the family at Galaxy Luxury Theaters. You can best bet you will see me there!
