I do not care to ameliorate the many issues. I chose not to go to metro lexus based on many instances, not just one. I guarantee you, nothing will change since all these practices have been going on for many many years now. And based on your replies to other customers complaining on yelp, I'm glad I didn't respond to you.
I love how the only positive review on yelp for Metro Lexus was from Alan C, who is an employee at Metro Lexus. I can care less about looking at a grand piano when I'm getting my car serviced. And the majority of Lexus dealers have Starbucks coffee, by the way.
Unfortunately, when companies like this get exposed online for price gouging, and complete non-professionalism, then they pretend to care. But, if you voice the concerns in person or on the phone, it's another story. For all you Lexus owners, you should really compare prices to Classic Lexus, or other Lexus dealers. A simple oil change was almost $50 more at Metro Lexus. The same toyota oil filter is $8 more than anywhere else...talk about price gouging.
And let's just say, if I really did fully tell you my horror stories of Metro Lexus, I'm sure an employee there would be fired for what they said to me. It was that bad, and it was quite recent.
I still stand today, that I will drive the extra 20 mins more to go Classic Lexus. It is always well worth it.
Finally, you can fool all of the people, some of the time, and some of the people, all of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.
