  • Everything you could ever want in a salesperson and from a dealership: 1. efficiency 2. great customer service 3. no pressure shopping I come from a company that prides themselves on their customer service so I tend to hold those standards pretty high for most places. Here, they are above and beyond! They keep everything black and white for you with little to no grey areas. I have had my fair share of experiences when it came to car dealerships - some real rough ones at that but Findlay Toyota definitely shows me that they are one of the few good ones out there! We worked with Kessa, and let me say she is a miracle worker! I told her what I wanted and they were able to work with what I was asking for. Negotiation at most places like to push back at you and talk down to you, but working with Kessa and the rest of the team made the process so seamless. I would definitely recommend this place over anyone else in the valley. They have great selections and they are thorough with their work. As long as you're willing to work with them, they will work with you at your own pace and try to get you the best deals they could offer you!
