Went to Macy's today. The cashier was not very friendly. Macy's sent me coupons for the items I was buying. Read all of the fine print, nothing I bought was excluded from the coupon. Coupons didn't ring out, the cashier told me if I had a problem to call customer service, refused to get someone to assist. After 5 phone calls, I was told I had to speak to the manager at the store for correction. It took me calling 3 times to be transferred to the manager, to only get a voicemail! What a waste of time! Coupons aren't worth the time to read them!oh and the product was marked up $50 compared to what I could buy it from the manufacturer! Returning the product tomorrow!
