  • Guy, the Auto Zone Rep helped me without waiting long. He was able to provide me a diagnostic test with a thorough print out of the issues, parts and what's needed to get to the issue. OUCH with knock sensors being $156 a piece and I need 2. I'm thankful for his help and referral to "Auto Care Air Conditioning & Brakes", a repair shop that he referred that's directly behind Auto Zone. Diagnostics was FREE at Auto Zone! Guy also have me some tips with calling around for possible estimates now that I have a few diagnosis, SEVEN total diagnoses! WILD. He also was genuinely concerned about me driving my car knowing it has stalled, not completely but wouldn't pickup the speed with accelerating, potentially dangerous situation that made me seek immediate help. Thank you Guy and Auto Zone for all of your help! :)
