  • I had a brazilian blowout done here that did not turn out. I've had 3 done in the past, so I know what results to expect. I was happy that they agreed to try it again, although the 2nd time didn't work either. It was frustrating for me (and probably for them too) because they said it worked on other clients. They did refund me about half the price, but it still cost me $150, 3 hours each time, and probably some damage to my hair. I later tried at another salon and had successful results. They suggested maybe Fine Bella used a formaldehyde-free product, which although better for your hair, did not produce the results. Not sure, but I wouldn't return. My stylist was very nice though.
