  • Front desk staff was extremely rude upon check-in; A young lady with black curly hair and a bald man. They were unfriendly and unaccomadating. We requested that 2 of our rooms be located on the same floor, they didn't honor that. They told us that our rooms would be ready by 1pm; we arrived at 4 and they still weren't ready. They were NOT all prepared at the same time so we had to wait in one room for the other 2 rooms to be prepared. Once we entered the rooms it was obvious that it was a rushed job. Beds weren't neat and half done. We WILL NOT be staying here again. I'm the type of person who will go out of the way to avoid bad service.
