  • Very impressed of the meat quality, the first dishes I cooked is the fresh ribeye, just for a simple grilled. The outcome was better than I expected, the meat is really soft ( medium rare) , smell really great and very juicy inside. I also bought a Dried aged wagyu rub with Himalayan pink salt, tri-color pepper corn and fresh boneless ribeye rubbed with pepper corn, sea salt, fresh rosemary and garlic powder. The guy behind me said that the Japanese wagyu is amazing, so I'm gonna get it next time fore sure
