  • All in all I would give this place a second star due to the fact that it is in a great, quiet and safe location and the community is friendly. The apartment complex itself however, is of poor quality. The walls are paper thin - you can hear anything outside, next door and above/below. In the short time staying here, the washer, shower and dishwasher have been broken. There have been two leaks in the bathroom. There have been multiple issues with things breaking inside due to poor quality equipment. The hot tub is more of a cold tub. To make it short, this place is horrible. If you're going to spend this much money on an apartment, save yourself some anxiety and move elsewhere for the same price... I guarantee you will be happy you did.
