  • DO NOT GO HERE - YOU WILL GET HURT! I only gave this review one star because I couldn't go any lower. I went to this "fun zone" with my father and my two children (age 8 and 5). Half of the games didn't work - I had to go to the front desk at least six times to ask for a refund of my money. The food was sub-par at best. When we went to pay for the bumper cars, we asked about height restrictions. They measured my son and even though he clearly didn't meet their height requirements to ride alone, we were told "he would be ok" and to just go back to the bumper cars (they told this same thing to the family in line behind us also). However, when we got to the actual bumper car area to ride, we were informed that he couldn't ride alone (surprise surprise) and that we had to purchase an additional ticket for me to ride with him. Of course we couldn't purchase tickets there - had to go back inside. While getting ready to ride, we noticed a bunch of go karts that looked inoperable but didn't think much of it. However, even the ones that were "operable" looked greasy and dirty. We started to ride and as my father came up behind my cart (with my son beside me), he motioned me to pull over because he saw gas leaking out my car. I immediately pulled over and in the process, the gas splashed up into my son's eye. All of the workers just basically stood around and watched this happen. Even though my son was crying and there was obviously something wrong with him, they didn't know what to do to help. I had to rush to the front desk myself and demand a first aid kit. At this point, we had had enough and demanded to speak to the manager. After waiting around for at least 20 minutes, the manager came out and asked us to fill out a liability waiver. She could have cared less that someone was actually hurt in his establishment. Once she handed us the form, she left. We sat around for a little while longer, tending to my son's eye and then asked to speak to the manager again. Our intention was to ask for a refund on all money spent. We were informed that the manager had actually left for the night. LEFT! Without so much as a check in to make sure that we were all ok. The manager's name was Angela Ingle. All in all, we spent around $40 and they refunded us $20 (what we spent on the go karts). I would NEVER recommend going here and certainly not with children. I have filed an OSHA complaint as well, for unsafe working conditions/safety violations.
