  • I wish I could post a review on Urban Forest Tree care. Based on the significant number of good reviews, I contacted them first in the morning (Monday) via their webpage email form requesting a quote. I followed up with a phone call that afternoon, when they indicated they would be passing on my information to an Arborist to contact me. As of the following day (Tuesday), no one had called, so I called again and was assured that my information was being passed to an arborist for followup. Today is Thursday and I still have not received a call or email from this company. I understand it can take time to respond to requests, but I would have expected a voicemail or an email at a minimum within 24-48 hours of the initial request. Disappointed.
