  • I had the worst customer service experience at this dealership and will NEVER recommend anyone here. It started off well, my sales associate Jeff was amazing and very considerate about offering the best possible rate. I work in this industry and understand how the finance and underwriting process works. BUT I felt like the sales manager undermined my understanding and intelligence. After test driving the FRS and waiting to negotiate I hear the sales manager. He was in ear shot of where I was sitting and was RUDELY disrespecting my financial eligibility. HELLO I can hear you! To top it off, the other manager was yelling at a customer on the phone so rudely. Does the entire leadership staff act like this?! It shocked me how UNPROFESSIONAL the management staff was. Where is their customer service?! If you want to do business well, I suggest NOT making your customers feel like crap. I left there so angry I was shaking. Buyers, go somewhere else. This dealership is a joke.
