  • Over the past 6 months I have come here and it's always been a lousy experience. If I could find a closer, more convenient location I would go there. There were 2 people waiting ahead of me so t wasn't crowded and 3 employees were behind the counter. Not one of them said a word as I waited for a while. Brittany eventually waited on me and she must hate her job because she had an attitude and I have never seen her interact in a pleasant way with anyone over the months that I've come here. It seems like the management would train this location to provide great customer service. One of the customers I was talking to suggested Tropical Smoothie but I enjoy Jamba but not enough to put up with this much longer. Clearly it's time for a change.
