  • The blonde older women at the front counter was incredibly rude I wasn't greeted right away and she was no busy and when I was she was rude I needed help exchanging my glasses she didn't want to help me find a new pair and I don't know whether it's because I'm young with tattoos or what her deal was but I will never go back there and I will be calling corporate. I'll be sticking to the LensCrafters at the galleria mall they're incredible and so sweet.
