  • My review is based solely off of customer service. I had a pedicure and as the tech finished he rolled my pants down and got nail polish all down the leg. He tried to say it wasn't him then he clean the nail polish off his fingers and went in the back room trying to avoid me. I talk to a manager about reimbursing me for my pants they wanted to use acetone to try to clean my black pants which is obviously a no no since they were black cotton. Then they charge me $42 for my pedicure. I'm in the customer service industry also and if I made a mistake as in ruining somebody's clothing I would probably compensate them by maybe replacing the item or not charging for the service. Also they had a very nosy customer that wanted to get involved they probably should've told him her that they were handling the situation. So Scottsdale ladies if you want to get your nails done here make sure you wear your period pants and beach flip flops because your luxury frocks are no concern for these nail techs.
