  • This is my primary doctor location, and I must say I have NO problems with my doctor what-so-ever. Dr. Wise has helped me out in so many ways I couldn't thank him enough if I tried. My only problem with this place is how incredibly SMALL the waiting room is, and how long it takes to get people up and going/treated. There was one time I was waiting in the waiting room and woman said she was waiting for her appointment for 5 hours. 5 hours? I wouldn't have waited that long, I'd have walked out.. but the longest it took me to get in was an hour after my scheduled appointment was maid. Back to how small the waiting room is, I've never been to such a busy doctor's office where the waiting room is as small as it is. One time it was so packed, people had to actually stand and wait because there was no chairs left to sit on. I have to wear a mask every time I go in, because I feel so dirty coming out of there when I don't. Not that it's a dirty place, but all the sick people and having to pretty much cramp in next to them makes it a problem for me being a tad germaphobic. Also, whenever I call My Dr. Now over the phone...I don't know WHICH office I get, but I always get stuck with the same office all the time. Whichever office it is, I don't know how half of these women got hired on as a person who answers the phone/tells you your results. I once got a woman who had to have ME tell her what my problem was so she could look through the files, just to find out it was on the TOP of the list. I also had a woman hang up on me because she didn't know the answer to my question. She sat there, said "um..." sat there some more, sighed, then said "please hold for just a moment" After waiting about 3 and a half minutes, she picked back up, said "hello?" and when I said "hi I'm still here..." She hung up! How rude!! I told myself if I ever have to call them again and I get that same woman, I'm going to say "yes this isn't _____ by any chance is it?" and if she says yes, I'm going to just hang up on her and try to get someone else...Even if I have to hang up more than once to do it! Sheesh! Overall though, this location's My Dr. Now has nice doctors. That's really all I can say about it... Prices are pretty decent too. Ask for Doctor Wise if you can, he is very caring and wants to fix whatever problem you may have!
