  • Decent service, but radically over-priced and self important. I had a massage and it was very nice, but when I went to pay, I put my tip on my card and was handed cash to give to my masseuse myself forcing me to traipse all over the salon to find her to give her the money. When I asked the cashier to give it to her for me, she said, "We don't do that." I get uncomfortable when I'm basically forced to thank someone repeatedly. I haven't gotten my hair done there, but the fact that you have both a colorist and a stylist requiring two separate tips means I never will. Plus their service is no better than a chain salon with much lower prices.
